Welcome, I’m Sarah, a certified Reiki Master and holistic practitioner originally based in London, now offering bespoke healing sessions in Paris, in English and in French.

My work is designed for people moving through change: career transitions, burnout, emotional shifts, separation, or even something as symbolic as embracing your silver hair journey.

My sessions are  personal, and tailored to you - we create space for what’s real and what’s ready to shift, through energy shifts, sound therapy, breathwork, fun meditations, intuitive guidance and more…

I offer 1:1 private sessions, corporate wellbeing programs, online sessions, and group experiences for special occasions such as retreats, hen parties, baby showers, and holistic events.

Formerly part of the luxury and beauty industry in Paris, I bring an insider’s understanding of high-performance environments and personal reinvention. Having embraced my own transformation, including my silver hair journey, I now guide others through change with creating a space where wellbeing feels elegant, healing, and joyful.
