Who it is for: High-pressure corporate teams, fast-moving creative spaces, and luxury or beauty brands operating in high-visibility environments where the mental noise never stops. This is the space where everyone can finally stop to breathe, recharge and come out feeling like they had a moment to themselves. I create a space for each individual to find a deeper connection within themselves and within the team. The intention is to drop the room's collective nervous system out of an anxious fight-or-flight loop into unified focus… Its very different to traditional meditation
-
Who it is for: Private circles that want to create a memorable experience with a holistic twist for their guests. This can be for members clubs who have a dedicated wellness space, hotels who offer spiritual events, retreats, festivals, creative gatherings, or intimate events like holistic bridal blessings and quirky baby showers
-
Who it is for: Editors or journalists exploring themes like healing in a world of AI, natural aging, the silver hair transition etc
Wellness app creators, artists, musicians, filmmakers, and content creators… I’d love to hear from you. I’m always up for channelling new ideas that are quirkier than predictive AI

The Experience: We have a raw chat, I intuitively find where the energy is blocked … whether it is a current-day reality or old static from your past. I’ll tap into whatever your field needs to shift your energy to feel liken a weight lifted off your shoulders. We can also discuss areas in life where you feel blocked and take it from there…
-
Whispered French ASMR haven that feels like an escape in a hidden retreat in the south of France where you can escape your current reality and relax until you are transported into the ultimate zen den. Tailored intuitively using various holistic modalities, musical instruments and mystic scents
-
Vibrational Reset. Channeled sound alchemy to reset your frequency to amplify your magnetic signature. Call in golden opportunities, creative epiphanies and all the glories
-
Immersive session to ground you when everything feels uprooted. This session combines deep fascia release to physically melt stored tension and panic straight out of your physical tissue, while intuitively channeling Reiki and sound frequencies to get your energy flowing exactly where it belongs.

I created this for women, who like myself, chose to honour their silver hair by stepping into their crown chakra era. Being a ‘Silver Sister’ can feel exciting, rebellious but it also tests parts of yourself that feel energetically draining …
This is for my Silver Sisters at any stage of the journey. My hair is fully salt’n’peppa now but I went cold turkey, I know what it feels like to look like Marvel’s Rogue. I also know how it feels to celebrate the growth.
So this is for you whether you have identity doubts and want to boost your confidence or the woman who crossed the finish line years ago and simply wants to be pampered and celebrated.
You might cry, and laugh, but you’ll come out like flying colours
I used to wear jet black hair like it was part of my identity… and it was, I LOVED IT. But silver? That’s added a whole new kind of edge over the last 2 years of my silver sister journey and I Love it even more…
If you’re choosing to grow your silver hair and embrace natural ageing, this space is for you.
You don’t need to hide who you are, there’s real beauty in this becoming. And yes, it can feel like a lot sometimes: pride, uncertainty, grief, freedom… all of it.
This isn’t just about hair. It’s about coming home to yourself, in a way that feels honest, alive, and fully yours.
Your worth was never up for debate not when you were younger, not now, not ever.
I’m here to support you as you reconnect to your natural beauty, energy, and self-worth… and maybe even enjoy the process and become that bit more sassier.
There’s real power (and a lot of magic) in choosing authenticity.
I support this process through energy work, deep relaxation, and nervous system soothing practices to help you feel grounded, calm, and actually enjoy the unfolding a little more… Let’s go baby…

“Closest thing to heaven on earth!
But seriously tho! Sarah has created something very special and truly unique. Using a masterful combination of Intuition and technique her practice not only heals but truly transcends. “Sarah literally changed my life. I was at a very hard point where I needed to make some serious changes and was in a lot of emotional pain. She helped guide me through everything and honestly changed my life for the better. I don’t know where I would have been without her. Cannot recommend enough.”
“WOW what can I say, Sarah is an incredibly gifted healer. Sarah worked on my throat chakra using a selection of magical tools, she sang to me, played a gong and transmitted powerful healing energy that helped me to get my voice back. ( I was unable to scream prior to our session!) I Would highly recommend a healing session with Sarah.”
