Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a bit of a wild soul with a deeply grounded practice. There’s no spiritual bypassing here, I fell deep into this work a decade ago. After becoming a Reiki Master, I trained in complementary alternative healing modalities including sonic medicine, breathwork and kundalini activations, amongst other transcendental accelerators
Before stepping into the realms of unconventional mystical arts and healing, I spent two decades in corporate and creative worlds, working closely alongside the former CEO of one of the world's most loved luxury fashion maisons and longtime Chairman and Global CEO of the world’s largest cosmetics empire in Paris. I also worked for affluent Patrons within the International Art World in London. Back in the day, I was a high achiever but I was often burnt out as I didn’t understand my nervous system, energy or the unseen world of emotions. Having lived an adrenaline fused life for so many years, I now know how important it is to disconnect from the noise, the busyness and to slow down, to shed the weight, to overcome emotions and to stop being so hard on oneself.
It is vital for me to hold a diverse wellness maverick toolkit as human blocks are never linear, so I don't stick to a single scripted method. A creative paralysis, a burnout, or an identity transition each require a completely bespoke approach. I’m highly intuitive and have an unconventional knack of tuning into people before we even meet which I still find fascinating.

I work extensively with professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, high achievers, and anyone navigating a profound personal transition such as my fellow grey haired silver sisters.
If you are looking to experience something entirely different because you are feeling anxious, or changing in ways you don’t yet fully understand, these sensory healing sessions are designed for you. Whether you need to activate your creative genius, recover your breath, escape from the outside world or find confidence , I am here to help you feel deeply pampered, alive, and supported through it all.
I channel and compose all of my immersive music, frequencies, and meditations completely from scratch, whether it is angelic sound baths, edgy themed meditations, somatic activations or raw energy release. My work is full of compassion yet also a little quirky, eccentric, sophisticated and scandalous at times.
I don’t want my work to sound or feel like anyone else’s, so I do not use other people's tracks or automated loops. This level of sonic craft and raw acoustic resonance is why clients tell me they drift away completely, while feeling entirely held and safe, even those who get bored easily or who find it hard to relax manage to disconnect.

Beyond private 1:1 sessions and monthly group gatherings, I design and curate bespoke private events, and exclusive parties such as bridal blessings and baby showers with a twist, for those who want to step out of the ordinary. I occasionally offer sessions for corporate teams in the Beauty and Luxury worlds
I also facilitate online sessions for international individuals.
As a creative at heart, I am always open to aligned professional collaborations. I welcome opportunities to compose soundscapes for meditation apps, editorial features on holistic healing, and transition of natural silver hair and other unconventional co-creations
